Delivery, Cancellation and Return Terms
Delivery
- Every payment link states the maximum number of days within which the seller will ship the product (between 1 and 14 days).
- The seller sends the product within this time with trackable shipping and enters the tracking number; the buyer follows the shipment from the order page.
- The shipping fee is shown on the payment link; for orders marked "Shipping included", the seller pays for shipping.
- The delivery period can never exceed 30 days from payment.
Orders that are not shipped
If the seller does not ship within the promised time, the buyer can cancel the order from the order page and get their payment back. Even if the buyer does nothing, the payment is refunded automatically 2 days after the period ends.
Approving the product and reporting a problem
The payment is not transferred to the seller until the buyer approves the product. If the product does not arrive, or arrives damaged, incomplete or different from what was described, the buyer taps "Report a problem" before approving; the price is held until a decision is made. If the buyer neither approves nor reports a problem within the delivery period plus 3 days after shipping, the order is considered approved.
Right of withdrawal
If the seller sells for commercial or professional purposes, the buyer may withdraw within 14 days from the day they receive the product without giving a reason; the exceptions in article 15 of the Distance Contracts Regulation are reserved. Details are in each order's pre-information form and on the Distance Sales page. When buying from individual sellers, the protection is the approval and problem reporting process.
How a refund reaches your card
Cancellations and refunds made before approval cover the full amount paid by card. For cancellations on the day of payment, no money is taken from the card; refunds on later days usually reach the card account within 2 to 10 business days, depending on the bank.
